United Nations and Coordination
after the world war II, United Nations was constructed to provide peace in the world. and then, the cold war began. United State and Russia fighted each other, so the world was discriminated two big parts. and then Russia collapsed. the cold war was a ideological war. United States won the cold war. the state dominated the world as only one polar. but wars on the world never ended. now, there is multicentric world. there are many different centers as a new polars. Europe, America, Russia, Middle East, Chine, India, Caucasus, Africa.. so there is no one or two centers to dominate the world. that is, United Nations in the 21. century is a needed institution to coordinate all centers to protect people from new wars. but there are five big states in the security council of UN. the structure of UN has to be reformed.
