Can terror bring anything to the world?

Together with working terror organizations by big states, the question is being important.

if daesh, pkk, feto, pyd win any war in the world, can the world be livable?

because the terror groups have not any moral or legal or humaniterian prinsiples..
so they can attack to not only the states that with working together but also to all people for money or territories of all countries..

so we should escape from working with terror groups..

we should work with legal states that have moral and legal and humaniterian and traditional and historic principles..
